Our Process

How Our Process Works

We aim to be completely transparent through every step of your journey in working with us.  It is important to find a clinician who is the right fit for your needs and goals, which is why we encourage prospective clients to schedule a brief consult call with their preferred clinician to mutually assess fit.

Initial Consultation

Contact us to set up a brief 15 minute free consult call. During this call, we will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, allow you to ask any questions you may have, and see if we might be a good fit.

In-Depth Assessment

Your first appointment will be a confidential comprehensive evaluation to understand your personal history, identify key challenges, and to understand your concerns and goals for therapy.

Personalized Therapy

We design a tailored treatment plan using evidence-based methods aligned and building on your desired goals and outcomes. Weekly sessions are designed to build rapport and establish the therapeutic relationship to enable change. Sessions will be responsive to your needs and goals.

We provide ongoing sessions, progress tracking, and adaptive strategies to promote growth and stability. Whether you continue to attend therapy weekly, step down to biweekly, or drop in for a maintenance session monthly, our goal is to support you as long as needed.
