My Therapeutic Approach
1. Theoretical Orientation
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also drawing from
mindfulness, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches. I believe therapy
should be tailored to the individual, integrating evidence-based practices with your
unique experiences, values, and goals to create meaningful and lasting change.
2. Therapy Style
I strive to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and free of judgment, where
you can feel safe being your authentic self. I balance compassion with gentle honesty,
offering support while also helping you recognize patterns, build insight, and take
practical steps toward the life you want.
3. Change Process
I believe change happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself and know you don’t
have to figure everything out alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you
stuck, build practical tools that fit your life, and take small, meaningful steps toward
feeling more like yourself.
4. Techniques & Modalities
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness,
psychoeducation, and other evidence-based strategies, always tailored to your unique
needs and goals. Together, we’ll build practical skills you can use in everyday life while
recognizing the strengths you already have. My hope is that you’ll leave therapy feeling
more confident, more grounded, and better equipped to handle whatever life brings your
way.
Clinical Focus:
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem,
and difficulties with emotional regulation. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to
create a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, build on your
strengths, gain confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and hope.
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Availability: I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions Monday through Friday. To help
accommodate busy schedules, I also offer limited evening appointments.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me scoping out antique malls or thrift stores trying my best to justify adding yet another silly little trinket to my shelf.
