Secure, healthy relationships are foundational to our mental well-being, but they do not always happen naturally. Many of us have never been taught the skills to stay connected, communicate effectively, and resolve conflict in a way that puts the relationship first. Sandi Farrell, one of our dedicated clinicians, offers therapy services that address all stages of intimate relationships and their aftermath.
I am grounded in the Relational Life Therapy model, which focuses on truth-telling, accountability, and the use of practical skills to help individuals and couples rebuild connection, trust, and mutual respect. I also draw from the Gottman Method and Imago principles and interventions. For individuals, I work from a relational and attachment-based lens, grounded in the belief that secure, healthy relationships are foundational to our mental well-being. I also believe that our earliest attachment experiences and key relationships deeply influence how we view the world and connect with others in adulthood. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring a structured yet flexible path toward meaningful progress and long-term well-being.
